Field-Tested Expertise,
Built On Two Decades Of Delivery

Project Momentum Advisory exists to close the gap between strategic intent and operational reality — through training, advisory, and coaching grounded in real delivery experience, not theory.

A Boutique Practice, Built On Field Experience

Project Momentum Advisory is an independent training and advisory practice serving project leaders, PMOs, and executive sponsors across government, energy, and infrastructure sectors. We combine PMI-aligned methodology with two decades of hands-on delivery — so what we teach has already been tested under pressure.

Field-Tested
Every framework we deliver has first been used to run, recover, or govern a real project — not built in a slide deck.
Independent
We answer to outcomes, not to a parent firm's sales targets. Our recommendations are shaped by what your organisation needs.
PMI-Aligned
Our training and governance frameworks are built on globally recognised PMI standards, adapted to your sector's realities.

We work at the intersection of capability building and organisational change — helping project leaders develop the judgment to navigate ambiguity, and helping executives build the governance structures that let good judgment scale. Our engagements span certification training, PMO design, project recovery, and executive communication coaching, delivered in-person, virtually, or in blended formats.

What Drives Our Work

Our Mission
To equip project leaders and organisations with the practical skills, governance structures, and confidence needed to deliver complex initiatives on time, on budget, and with the trust of every stakeholder.
Our Vision
A future where project leadership is treated as a craft — where organisations invest as deliberately in their people's judgment as they do in their tools and templates.

How We Work With You

Four principles shape every engagement, from a single training program to a multi-month advisory retainer.

01
Diagnose Before We Prescribe
Every engagement starts with an honest read of your context — not a standard template applied on autopilot.
02
Teach What We Practice
Every framework we deliver has already been tested on a live engagement, not assembled from theory.
03
Build Capability, Not Dependency
Our goal is to leave your team stronger and more self-sufficient — not more reliant on outside support.
04
Measure What Matters
Success is defined before we begin, and reviewed against real delivery outcomes, not attendance sheets.

Dr. Radhia Benalia

Dr. Radhia Benalia founded her advisory practice on a simple but hard-won insight: project failure is rarely a technical problem — it's a governance problem. After two decades working inside some of the world's most complex project environments, advising Fortune 500 companies, international energy operators, government ministries, and public institutions across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, one pattern kept surfacing. The greatest risks don't come from technical complexity. They come from how decisions are made, how oversight is calibrated to uncertainty, and how leaders are equipped to sponsor change.
That observation is the foundation of her practice. She helps organizations move beyond process for its own sake, toward better decision-making at every level of project and program leadership — from the boardroom to the PMO.
Her approach draws on a rare combination of field depth and academic rigor: leading governance and risk transformation on multi-billion-dollar portfolios in the energy sector, paired with a PhD in Strategy, Programme, and Project Management and years spent designing executive curricula at institutions including SKEMA Business School and the American University of Beirut.
Over her career, she has partnered with organizations including Holcim, Dell-EMC, TotalEnergies, ConocoPhillips, BP, Equinor, Ericsson, the British Embassy in Tunis, and United Nations agencies — across sectors, cultures, and continents. She brings that global range, and fluency in three languages, to every engagement.
Dr. Benalia built her practice on the belief that complex projects don't just need better processes — they need better decisions, and the governance, sponsorship, and risk discipline to support them.
